For years VIKING has made individual clothing solutions for our customers. We consider ourselves to be a flexible business partner because we are able to meet our customers’ wishes and needs concerning colour, cut, fabric and amount. Our production facilities in Vietnam can produce from 20.000 and down to one piece of a particular product which enables us to manufacture the amount that our customers need.
Good customer service
At VIKING we make the best possible effort for our customers and we are ready to do something extra when the situation requires it. For instance we sometimes use air transport in order to fulfil our obligations to the customer. In addition, a big part of our business philosophy is based on a constant update to our customers on their orders.
Reliability
VIKING aims at being a reliable business partner. That’s why in many situations we choose to say things straight out to our customers. We believe it to be the best way to establish a good business relationship and a good relationship of trust.
Social responsibility
VIKING is a business which attaches great importance to the fact that our employees have good work conditions and that they are happy, including our production plant in Vietnam. We do our best to protect our surroundings and we do so by keeping the influence of our production on the environment down to a minimum.
