  • To be able to provide you with clothes which fits you perfectly, That is why we are having the special rainwear section called "Not standard rainwear".

  • To keep the prices as low as possible, it is obtained by having no large stock if possible.

  • To be able to keep the delivery time on max 1-2 weeks for standard items and 3-6 weeks for customized items. (under normal circumstances)

  • We have often special offers on selected items.
  • We have sometimes stock sale. (clothes used for demonstrations etc.)
  • JH-GEAR refers to the suppliers homepages for specifications on the clothes.

Conditions:

JH-GEAR - satisfied customers has 1st. priority.

  • If you regret a purchase within the first 14 days, then it can be returned according to the law of Internet trading. The money will be returned to you in the following situations:
    • The clothes is returned in original packaging and in the same conditions as they were received (unused and clean) - if it is not returned in the original packaging then it cost 20% of the price.
  • If an item is defect then of cause it can be replaced with a new item.
  • Custom designed items can't be returned unless it is defect.
  • All the clothes bought at Jh-GEAR has according to the law 2 years warranty against defects made in the production.

 

In all cases of returning items JH-GEAR shall approve the return by giving you a reference number to put on the item when returned.

Is the number missing the return will not be accepted.

JH-GEAR are not paying for the shipment of the return unless an agreement has been made in advance.
